After 13 days the letter with my order arrived at ULM Technologie. An amazing average speed of 1,7 km/h (0,6 mph). And it should be noted that there were no French strikes during the period!
Is this why they call it snail-mail?

What is this dark cloud ?
e-Mail from Carol today… 11 days after sending the order and 2 checks the letter has not yet arrived at ULM Technologie… Is what they say about the French mail service true after all?
